Tellico has two water plants which draw water from true groundwater in the shady dolomite formation. This formation is of excellent quality with raw water samples negative for coliform bacteria. Chemical results are also excellent, and results are published below should you be interested.

Payment
Payments can be made in City Hall with cash, check, or credit cards from 8-4:30. Customers can setup an online account through the bill pay link below and view account payment history as well as historic usage. To pay by phone call 833-465-3059. We can also provide paperless billing and email your bills, contact City Hall at 423-253-2333 or email billing@tellicotn.org to setup paperless billing.
